AirTime replaced our 21 yr old units. They explained our options, and we were confident we made the best choice for us. We had several estimates. AirTime was competitive. They showed up on time and competed the job professionally and efficiently. They made sure we understood the new equipment before they left. They did a great job of cleaning up too.

I have been totally impressed with AirTime since my first call last year. Do not waste your time or money with anyone else. Forget all the large companies with their cute commercials. AirTime is the best. They have done new Trane installs on two of my rental properties and I could not be happier. Customer service like this is rare these days, but not at AirTime. I honestly cannot say enough about the professionalism and customer service I have received.

In April 2024, I had my AC unit replaced with Airtime. I scheduled 6 companies for estimates, and they gave me the best deal! We're very happy with every step of the way, and the unit is amazing. It’s June and my mom's unit stopped working. I scheduled a service call online, got a call within an hour, and the technician was fixing the unit 2 hours later. AIRTIME IS HONEST AND FAIR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STILL IMPORTANT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you!!!
